To Pre-made or to Free-made
As a blogger, one of my very most concerns is its presentation and layout, especially if I want my readers to find my work done decently. If you will notice, my entire blog layout is pre-made, meaning I ordered them specifically for my taste and use. At first, I was thinking that it’s too expensive for me, but reading the article The Benefits of Using Professional WordPress Layouts made me realize a lot of advantages to owning a pre-made layout. One of the important key point is that with the free themes offered around the net, there’s a possibility of using my site for fraudulent or malicious activities with the use of embedded codes that may not be detectable even by long experienced programmers, which makes me shudder at the thought of me being an accessory to such unscrupulous activities. Another advantage is that Pre-made WordPress themes can be ordered as per your specifications and you would need minimal editing knowledge because everything has already been done for you, and you can focus more on the quality of your contents. At times, I admire those who can manipulate a free WordPress template to match their liking, however, with people like me who have no time or little knowledge, a Pre-made, no matter how expensive it may get gives us more advantage. I agree with the author’s observation and I highly recommend this read to people who are considering of taking their blogging experience to a higher level, if they opt to be more professional or to just simply gain more readers.
